I have lived at the Cliffs Apartments for over 2 years. The floors in the apartments are old, squeaky and when you have a neighbor or two that walks heavy, jumps, exercises, has a surround sound stereo in the BEDROOM-don't expect anything like peace or anything close to it. Neither the management nor the Arlington Police Department enforces anything. As long as people continue renting they are cold and heartless to help the residences. And don't think that by remaining a good tenant, paying rent on time will get you any concessions when renewing your lease. HA-pulling teeth would be easier. The turnover rate is so high and so frequently they simply don't care. They will have your apartment rented out within days of you moving. This is ok-it s a business and the maintenance is excellent and keep the property updated-tells me cash flow is excellent-resident satisfaction is no concern to them.
What happens when turnover is low and renenters look elsewhere' What would happen if more potential residents did research on the community''
They will of course sell the community-lol
