Before considering a move to The Cliffs, I recommend checking out the Arlington Police Department crime statistics for this complex. Note that in the APD database, the complex is still listed under its original name: Jefferson On The Cliffs. Here is a link to APD's crime statistics page:

Under the "Apartment Complexes" section, choose Jefferson On The Cliffs. A review of the crime statistics for this complex is shocking. Just looking at the last 3 months, there have been 17 crime reports including 10 burglaries of apartment units, all listed as being on Jefferson Point Drive or Jefferson Court Lane. Before you move to The Cliffs, you should consider asking the management staff and maybe even APD about their plans to counter this crime wave.

While you are at it, why don't you check the stats for all apartments? I know I just finished searching for an apartment in this area, and the Cliffs are still one of the safest. I plan to move there next month. What you see on there is the truth, but you need to look at all the apartments in the area to make a true decision.
