I have lived here for a little over a year, and it hasn't been horrible, but I'm sure it would be better at other apartments. I've had my car hit and run, broken into, and stolen. All while the car was parked directly infront of my apt. Some man tried to break in Christmas night while we were home, and there are always strange people (mainly men) lurking in the laundry room, watching the tv, and not even doing laundry. The noise is also bad. We have complianed about a particular neighbor, and it has done no good. Showers were/are pretty moldy when you move in, but they warn you first. Grounds are very pretty. Main problem I have with these apartments, are that I don't feel very safe.
