We just moved in 2 months ago(August), but we wanted to move out pretty much immediately, as there are several things that we were lied about.
The apt complex has pools, but unfortunately they were closed since we moved in. We were told that it would open next week, and the week after, but nothing happened until now. As the volleyball court is also in that fenced area, you also cannot use that.
The amenities are NOT at all like on the pictures. We have the kitchen furniture from 1980 or so (there is such a sticker on one of the doors). The dishwasher doesn't really work as it is so old, the fridge is simply gross (rosty and "dirty").
Supposingly there is a security patrol, but we NEVER saw one. This place is NOT safe at all!! After 2 weeks we had to call the cops as somebody tried to break into one of the apartments next to us. Last week somebody broke into our apartment and stole a lot of stuff. We were not really surprised, seeing our door kicked in, as we didn't feel safe before. The cop told us, that he is at this apt complex every night... I guess that is enough to be said about safety.
About the emergency maintenance: We called them at 3 am, as our door was broken and we couldn't close it anymore. We had to leave a voicemail and our door got poorly fixed 12hours later. Meaning we had to sleep with our door open!
There were a lot of other little issues(trash disposal doesn't work, ants in the apt in the closet, restroom, bedroom, everywhere!!, the calculation of the water usage seems to be really odd and wrong, washing amchienes in laundry room are gross and a lot of them don't work...), but I guess those big things are enough reason NOT to move in here.
Most of the apartments are empty (way more than it is said on their website), which already shows that nobody wants to live in this crappy place. The only plus: there is enough room for parking(on a parking lot which looks like a constriuction area) ;)
So IF you still wanna move in, make sure you get the new amenities, that the pool is working and that the security patrol is actually there... But I guess the main factor is security and this area just seems to be real bad!!!
