First of all Timberlake Apartments now called Las Lomas Apts. Owned by Lighthouse Property Management, is starting to look very nice. Lots of improvements nice going to the new owner. The only thing he needs to change is the Manager and That so call supervisor. Betty and her side kick called Amy, they are never in the office to listen to the residents needs. The new maint. staff they now sucks, fat boy Renee needs to go back to where ever he crawed under from. He knows nothing about maint. he just walks in and says he will return later and you never see him again. you go in the office to let the manager know about the problem she does nothing. Thay cover each others butts. Then you try to talk to the so call supervisor and it's like talking to the wall. She sits in her office and plays with her phone and laptop. Then Betty's tramp of daughter is always in the office, half dressed,shorts with both cheeks hanging out. Flirting with everybody that comes in the office. Betty is so proud to let every new resident and old resident about her daughters stripping job. If my daughter was taking off her clothes for a living I would keep my mouth shut. The owner needs to get rid off all the white trash he has in the office. The leasing agents are always changing wonder why, nice ladys, to bad they are gone. Please somebody let the owner know what's going on. Very unhappy resident that is thinking of leaving after 8 years here.

hey Very unhappy resident move on down here to Arlington Park apts on Park Row. there clean and well maintained office staff best around they have 2 sections one all bills paid 2nd one you pay your own electric maintance man knows whats hes doing.i use to live in los lomas moved here Nov last yr. love it here.BTW the Owner of los lomas is an older woman she looks like a clown from all the makeup she wears LOL.
