I have lived at THe Trails for nearly two years and have been exceptionally impressed with the office and maintenance staff. The grounds are immaculately maintained and and the few maintenance problems I have had have been tended to in a courteous and prompt manner.Their office hours are excellent so they are available for any concerns.THey have been alert and reactive to safety concerns. Needless to say, I have been quite satisfied with my rental here and plan to stay with equity properties if the need to transfer arises. I have found them to be professional and helpful at all times.All areas are kept clean and well maintained. I can't say enough for my experience at THe Trails.Excellent choice.
