I got a house and wanted to relett on my lease and asked for the fees and they charged me for the remainder of my lease. So I have $1400 connected to my name. When I contacted their main company, I was blown off and never had a message returned. The apartments are cute, but I had problems with roaches on the first floor. It was okay, but I hope management has changed, because they were very rude and not understanding.
