This place is great, if you like chillen with you homies, drinking 40s and smoking crack! Caution to the potencial renter, DRIVE THROUGH THE PROPERTY AT NIGHT BEFORE U LEASE! Its like a Snoop Dog video. I have 2 daughters, 3 and 6, and each evening to get up the stairs we have to walk by marijauna smoke and cat calls of hey sexy, ohh girl, damn! It is horrible and management doesnt do anything about it. The apartment they showed me was great, the one they moved me into is roach infested and the first week here a man was peeping in my bedroom window. I can not wait to get out of here, i would NEVER recomend this place, just the opposite actually.

Are you talking about The Trails in Arlington or The Trails in Ft Worth, get it straight because this isn't like the Trails in Arlington at all.

I have lived here for two years...and I never, ever saw anything like this. My neighbors are all very nice and I have never seen any drug use.
