water bill is nuts, water is always running across parking lot somewhere or pool is overflowing...electric is high, ac/heat not very efficient....north side of complex is incredibly loud 24/7 due to I-20/287...office staff can be dismissive and tends to have double standard when it comes to the adults in complex, some have to follow rules and some don't...some kids are allowed to do as they please unsupervised, other kids are constantly told they need supervision

I have to say that part of this review is correct but some of it isn't. I have lived here for over a year and absolutely love it. The problems with the kids is totally correct. There are kids and parent's of these kids who live here have no respect for anyone when it comes to how you talk to an adult. I am not saying children should be silent but not screaming is nice also. management is great, maintenance is great (new dishwasher, new motor in a/c) and residents are for the most part nice. I don't know a lot of my neighbors because they are so quiet. But unfortunately some of the rowdy kids live right under me.
