So far so good. I have not been here very long. I reported a water leak within the sprinkler system and it was fixed. I have had other request that have been met as well since moving in. I have found the office staff to be very helpful and friendly. The grounds are very well kept. Your close to anything you could need hardware, pizza, gas, donuts, movies, ect..
I'm out quite a bit with my dog and I have not seen any gang activity, drugs, ect... There is alot of volleyball, hanging out at the swimming pool, and socializing,and everyone seems to pickup after themselves pretty well. I do feel we have alot of non residents utilizing the pool. I have not seen any type of security as of yet. The parking is well lit and I have not had any concerns regarding getting to and from my car. When I was moving in I had all kinds of offers from my surrounding neighbors if I needed anything to let them know. So many tenants introduced themselves right off, I was kindof surprised. It's more like friends and family. I'm very happy with my apartment as well. I am very pleased with the condition of my apartment and all of my appliances work great! I did notice the utilites being a little steep, I'm going to give it another month or two and maybe look at switching to another service.
