Nice apartments in general. Quiet. Nice neighborhood, close to variety of eating places. Walmart just opened down the road, Albertsons also close by.
Staff always friendly and helpful, professional. Maintenance has responded within 48 hrs but I have not had any big maintenance issues. Great pool & BBQ areas. laundry facilities kept well.
Have not had any issues with security, theft or vandalism.
Experienced small ant issues but nothing major, if you can bear it.
Definitely great value for price.I highly recommend it.
