Look before you leap

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
We liked our apartment when we were there. The rent skyrocketed so we moved out.

Upon leaving we were charged for carpet that was ruined because of water damage from above.

A new manager would do the place well. Assistants seem to come and go.

It's a nice location and short walk to most things.
