I've lived in this community for over a year and signed another year lease when they made me a deal I couldn't resist (our rent actually went down).

Positives: great maintenance men (our shower head broke and after calling, he was there literally 10 minutes later), good floor plan, you don't have to pay water, our rent went down after we'd lived there a year, great workout room and pool, friendly staff who keep the community informed

Negatives: thin walls, creeky floors, dust' (my apartment gets dustier than my grandma's house), slight ant problem when first moved in, LONG walk to the dumpster (no trash pick up), no mail box for mailing out letters (checks would get stolen)

For what I pay in rent, it's worth it and the area is really pretty. I don't think I will stay when my husband and I start having kids.
