I never had a problem here.

I lived here for a year and never had a problem. Management was what made the difference for me. Any time I went in the office the staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. After the nightmare I had just moved from (River Ridge in Arlington), this was a very welcome change. The manager (Sandra') was not phony like a lot of the other apartment complexes I've lived in around Arlington. I never had any roach or mice like someone else mentioned but then I tend to keep my apartment fairly clean. One of the few times I did have a maintenance request was when I found a beehive (or it might have been wasps I really wasn't inclined to get an upclose look...) out on my patio. I walked up to the office & the manager was just locking up so she could take someone out to look at the property, she said she'd be back in a few minutes. I told her it was no big deal, I could come back later since it was just a maintenance request. She unlocked the office door, wrote it down & maintenance knocked on my door within an hour. He got rid of the bees/wasps & gave me some helpful hints on preventing it from happening again. I did have a problem with the people downstairs who liked to turn their stereo & tv up loud enough to make my floor vibrate. Called the police a few times & they came out, warned them, left & then a few days later it would start all over again. That was not management's fault though. I had very few problems with parking. The only times I could not park right in front of my apartment were on weekends when people were obviously having company. I also never had my apartment or car broken into & I left the windows open most of the time. 2 apartment complexes down (Rivercrest) there is a problem with crime (you can look it up on http://www.arlingtonpd.org/CrimeStats/CrimeSearch.asp) but Trinity Oaks itself was not a high crime complex. I moved out partly because I was tired of the noisy neighbors but mostly so that I could move closer to work. I also received my deposit back which is rare. I still recommend this apartment complex to friends. Maybe it depends on your attitude or your maturity level but I would move back again if I worked nearby.
