I've lived here for about 3 weeks, and i know its a little soon to be writing a review, but so far, i LOVE it! I've had absolutely no complaints so far. The maintenence men are great, its quiet, and very well priced. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I have lived at Trinity Oaks for 3 years. I have made several friends at my complex and they all have complaints about the management. I also have referred two friends and they would not move in because of the manager (Sandra). I have moved out on the first of this month and paid a reletting fee. (Both of the maintence men were in my apt and luckily I recorded the conversation because Texas is a 1 party state and I have them saying the apt is left amazingly good.) I have had a serious disagrment with the manager Sandra. I have taken pictures of the apt when I moved in and out. I also became friends with the people next door when I first moved in. The manager is trying to say that the carpet was new when I moved in. I had even talked with her about it at the time of move in because I was so disappoited because it is was not new. My neighbours (which thank god are my very good friends now)at the time could not believe she had not replaced the carpet because of the animals that had lived in it previously. They left a very bad odor. The pics I have show the carpet and how it looked when I moved in. In fact the cleaners had just left the day before I took possession of the apt. My best friend was insiting I have it changed for health reasons. The manager is now saying I am reponsible for paying for the carpet. I have talked with legal aid and do have recourse. I am shocked that the lady is pulling such a scam. I really dont understand why ecause I alsway paid rent on time. I have had horrible problems with maintence and repairs on the apt. The carpet should have been replaced in December when the sewer backed up and went into my bedroom and the living room. I know several people have complained about Sandra to the owners of the apt complex and fail to understand why she has not been fired. DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS LIKE LIVING IN THE GESTAPO
