Can you do better'

I would say at this present date (2003) that if you have good credit and a good reputation, go elsewhere. I thought the place was on an upswing as they repaired some porches. But they made up for that by not repairing the pools (2). Now they are repairing them in May 2003 and the pools at other complexes have been open since April 2003. They have vehicle burglary as the #1 crime (check the police crime statistics on their website) with a non-existant curtesy patrol officer (I have seen one ONCE in almost three years). I have stayed here for the location (I commute between Dallas and Fort Worth weekly) and large sunny porch as I have many plants. The entrance and exit gates are worn out and need repair. They are broken and open more than they are closed. The office staff changes every 6 months or so. It's not the worst place to live (no registered sex offenders so far - I checked the police website). They are not strict on wrecked cars (if you want to dump a car, this is the place to leave it. But the place across the street is Section 8 "Luxury" apartment housing. So the question is "Can you do better'".
