Very True...........the fees are terrible

The previous ex-tenant who has rated these apartments is right on the money, its exactly what happened to me.......exactly. After I moved out and cleaned the apt to the last detail and even took a video of it, they hit me with a bill to steam clean the carpet and paint the whole place........jeeeeez and I let it clean, I only lived there for 8 months and was single and didn't ever hold even one party !!!! The there is the motorcycle dude and the loud music cars in the middle of the night...........that is why I moved out. The staff are absolutely useless, especially the Hispanic lady !!!!!
