Not bad but feels like it's going down

One of the few apts in South Arlington next to I 20 that is reasonably priced. The rooms are pretty big but dark and the decor is so 80's -- somewhat too dark for me. But the apts have problems that blemish the size. First.. will they ever fix the enterance/exit gates'... Also prepare to drive to do laundry as the washers are not reliable. One perk is no water fee and the trash is taken on the your curb. Good.
However the toilet and plumbing always seem to broken. Bad. In fact a lot of the problems seem to be with maintenance. As for crime.. yes. The GYM is nice, but outdated. One thing that would really improve is more community activities to use the vacant guest house. Mixers, parties, movie nights.. etc.
PLUS: Location, Price, Room Size, Trash Pickup
