I moved here with my roomie in August. We are UTA students and take my advice... stay away from these apartments. First of all, the office staff are the rudest that I have come in contact with. They have no respect for the tenants who pat for their ------ apartments. Manitainance is a completely different story. I have been waiting since August to have my blinds fixed in the living room. Everytime I tell the maintainance guy, he says he's ordering them that night and I will be getting them in a week. It is now the end of FEBRUARY and I have not have them fixed yet. Also, the first night that it got real cold in Arlington during winter, our heater went out. We also found out that many other tenants heaters went out that night also. It was 30 degrees that night and NO HEATER!! The floorplans are nice here but thats about it. The apartment grounds are dirty and not maintained well at all. Theres so many trashy looking neighbors here. If you're looking for some apartments with class then go across the street to Arbrook Park. We're moving out of here as soon as out lease is up and going to FRANCISCAN!! It's completely worth the money and sooo much nicer!
