Me and my family moved into Trintiy Trace because, we got a really great deal. In the future I will not go after a deal if it means having to go through everything we have since we moved here. First start off by complaining about the POOL.. Already in July POOL IS STILL CLOSED. What is up with that.. Even if it was open we probally would not get in anyways looks kinda scary. 2nd, we had several issues with Heater during winter where it would stop working. I would call maintaince to come out and fix and one time they took more than 24 hours to repair. I was so very upset being that and I had just had a baby and two other small children. 3rd, our water heater kept going out leaving us with nothing but, cold water during winter. I made several complaints to Eddie is always nice for the manager to call me.. Which still till this day I have not heard from anyone. After us having both of these issues more that 3 times each I pulled my contract and followed the areas where it says to give written notice and they have to repair or release us from contract and turned it in to the office. Both of these issues were finally then resolved. Other than all the trash all over parking lot and stairs and building about to fall over.. we have not had any other problems. I cnt wait to lease is up.. I also referred people what a mistake! These apartments are so Ghetto

And almost a year later they still are. Lets not forget the Apartments Trinity Trace does allow SECTION 8 Housing and thats not to say tenants on Section 8 assistance are ghetto, but the managment staffs (especially Property Manager) attitude regarding the way the property is ran would have wondering...Is this a SECTION 8 PROPERTY?
