Small Apartments but relativly a decent place to live

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
The apartments are very small, have no washer dryer connections, but does have fairly large laundry facility available. The apartment manager at the time I was living there was extremely nice and they were always there with the day or at most the next day to repair any problems.
It is mostly a low income apartment but not the cheap, "I dont give a care about my property or yours" type of low income.
over all good place to live. its south of cooper with good grocery locations around. even with in walking distance.
