Never Never Trust the Management Office

It is a nice apartment complex but the management office sucks!!! Maintenance is slow and you will have to pay part and labor even it is ordinary worn. They have no maintenance guy and they always call outside maintenance company and you pay the bill. I never had such experience to pay by my own for maintenance. The only job that the management office does is to collect money. All my friends lived there did not get deposit back and no explaination at all.
