Just horrible...

Rude management. Poor maintenance. And you can hear your neighbor's conversations word for word anywhere in the house. If neighbors get loud, the management won't take care of it. Units are dark and cheap. Aparently owner is trying to scare off all the tenants in order to turn the place into a parking lot.
