I've been here since April 07 and though I barely escaped the rent increase, I am now getting sent an eviction notice every month for so called paying my rent late for the months of October and November 08. I haven't been late with my rent for the past 6 months so I refuse to pay an extra 115 dollars for that. Other that everything else is great! No more late night knocking from the managers, no pest problems, no neighbor problems. No parking problem, and no noise problems. I would recommend these Apts to anyone considering moving to the new Maverick Apts they are building up the street. I think its ridiculous that you have to have a roommate just to be able to afford rent. I have been having this 2 bedroom to myself for a while now and I think it's a very reasonable price. Choose UTA apts.
