What was once good, turned bad

When we first moved in to these apartments, they were wonderful. Then we started to notice the ups and downs, as in all apartments. But it really got bad when new management came in and trashed the place and jacked up the prices. There is absolutley no insulation in the walls. We know this because we have attic space, and my fiance actually saw that there is no insulation in the surrounding walls. Just in the roof. So needless to say it is very hot all summer, and your electric bill will be massive, for trying to keep the apartment cool. Also, if you like a continuing amount of hot water don't move here. The water temp is always changing while your in the shower or to any of the faucets. The faucet water takes forever to get hot. Lets see, when new management came in, they decided to leave one dumpster for about 100 apartments. I live by the dumpster and it always stinks and is flowing over the top, due to it nly gets picked up once a week-for 100 people-yuck!!!! All the appliances suck-our fridge is about to go out, and we already had to get a new ac-granted it was transfered from another apartment. And my last beef is the carpet has all kinds of stains in it and boards and nails popping up. They steem clean it before move in, so that the stains will reappear after use and then you get charged for the previous mess. The good things about this apartment complex are that it is very beautiful around here, and the layout of the apartment is great, its like an actual house. But not really worth it all.
