I moved here in August and when we first arrived nothing worked. The stove, dishwasher, and one of the ceiling fans were all broken. When I told the office all the items were fixed with-in two days with the exception of the dishwasher. That took a while because a new one was ordered. Other than that the apartment is great. The electricy bill is often very high even with a minimal amount of use. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. The way they handle payments for rent is dumb though, I recieved a late notice on the day the rent was due and was told that I had three days to leave. When asked about it I was told that the notice was a reminder. The space is great, there is so much space and it does feel like a small house. There is a park located near the complex which is also very nice. Overall, other than when I first moved in, I have had no problems and any that have happend were taken care of fast. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
