It's getting better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   They went through a rough patch after Katrina, but are getting better. For the price the apartments are huge and quiet but not well insulated. The maintenance people are johnny on the spot and your issues are usually fixed within hours. It's also a quick drive to campus if go to UTA.
