Since the new management took over in June they have gone up on the water bill from paying below 10.00 a month to nearly 30.00 a month. The assistant manager is always on her cell phone on personal calls when you come in the office or outside smoking a cigarette on the cell phone. You have to wait for her to finish her conversation before she will acknowledge you. The manager which is never on site won't return phone calls and they have gone from three maintanence people to one and he doesn't even know what he is doing. The pool has been closed most of the time since they took over and now is closed for the rest of the summer. They don't have anyone to do maintanence on it. Anyway my answer would be don't move here!!!! Also cars race in and out of the driveways all nite long so security isn't very good either.

i totally agree and i m having so much problems with them that i complained to the BBB and even the city of Arlington. i just hope all the residents would get together and stop this nonsense
