We moved here in January 2008 and thought it was wonderful! Beautiful area, nice landscaping, nice layout, thought we were getting a great deal. But after moving in we started looking at some of the other places around us, much better pricing and better taken care of! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! About a week after we moved in stuff start to not work. The brand new stove stopped working, the kitchen flooded from a misconnected pipe under the sink, the tub and toilet leaked to the downstairs. Just yesterday a maintance man came to fix the toilet that has needed to be fixed for over a month and a half and not only ripped up the toilet and and the tiles surrounding it but left the bathroom and tub a mess and didn't clean up after himself! I can't believe this!!!! It sucks!!
