Valleytree Apartments was recently taken over by King Landing in January, and it has gone to hell in a handbasket ever since. When I moved in in mid-2006 it was a great place at a great price. You paid your rent, and they left you alone, making sure your amenities worked without you having to ask.
Ever since King Landing took over, my rent has escalated $100, crime has increased, my wife was sexually-harassed by a maintenance man under the employ of Valleytree, they have forced me to get my cable and internet through them, and the apartment management moved off site, forcing me to drive to another apartment complex to pay my rent.
This apartment complex, and every property owned by King Landing, should be avoided at all costs.

I agree. I've lived here 3 months now, all under King Landing, and this has got to be the worst place I've ever lived. I will never rent from a King Landing complex again.
