I paid the $75 to have the apartment cleaned after I moved my things out and per Robin or Raven she said that they would get rid of anything left behind and it was included in the payment. So I left some things in the fridge, a chair and a small desk. They billed me for $765. If I had known that I would of thrown that crap away. Thanks for lying and messing up my credit AMLI!!!!! When I lived there all of the lights in the parking lot was usually busted and hardly replaced...located in the back. Of course in the back so no one would see it in the front. WHY''' Because they would get bad business. Raccoons living on your balcony even on the 2nd floor. ANTS all the time and they never would get rid of them!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!

I have to agree with the unfortuante state of this property. I've visited a friend freuqnetly there throughout 2004 and found the place (1) home to several racoons, (2) home to many stray cats, (3) without a working security gate most of the time, and (4) lacking professional management. On this last point, what I mean is that they are generally non responsive until pestered and judging from this person's experience and my friend's experience, they tend to mis-represent the condition of the apartments upon a tenent leaving and conjure up reasons to keep their security deposit. Overall, I find the management team to be unethical and untrustworthy. I would look elsewhere for an apartment. There are much better places out there.
