Funny when management writes reviews

This is a laughing stock. The property looks like ----, has ------ people working here, and doesnt give a rats ass about you. The moment you have NO hot water, 200 dollar electric bills, a Broken air conditioner they dissapear off the face of the earth.

THERE IS NO PARKING ANYWHERE. I hope you have a crappy car because you will get keyed, door dings, broken windshields. Dont even think about trying to get out of your lease. That will never happen. You're stuck here. Stuck to enjoy the "amenities" where the "lap pool" has so much cholrine in it that it ate through my swimsuit, there are 2 tredmils that are ALWAYS occupied... a gate that NEVER works, cars being stolen and a LOT more.

This is an adventure. I moved here from North Dallas and I would LOVE to live back in the traffic and hussle bussle. The only good things: you can look at a tree outside your window that is pouring in FREEZING air because there are NO seals.

Living on the second floor(as I myself do) i do not deal with the raccons... those poor folks on the bottom get an eye full. Not only do they not have railing on their balcony, (ANY THEIF CAN WALK RIGHT IN, and ACCORDING TO ARLINGTON PD THEY DO)- they have to deal with the numerous raccons, snakes and assorted varitey of other animals.

I hate this place, and as soon as i can get out of here, or get a lawyer to get myself out of here... i will be GONE for good! I'm contacting the BBB (Better business) and letting them know how this place operates.

I would now like to share with you the Corporate Information I pryed off the website.

APTS owned and "MANAGED" *if you call it that* by Steven D. Bell Properties.

Regional Management: Kathy Ball ( This is a person whom monitors this property according to the person i spoke with on the phone) ... Her Office # is..817-202-9287. I am in the process of aquiring an email address...

This is a nightmare, Please save yourself the hassle and move somewhere that is NOT overpriced, has parking, and you dont want to scream when you call asking for maintance.
