When I first moved here, I was truly attracted to the forest apartments, the "rural-ness" of them as well, even though they are on a busy street... my apartment was nestled in the forest. I had a wonderful backdrop of a wooded area.

I can say the positives here are that these have really had a facelift since when Amli owned them. They were very dilapidated, and "old" looking, now they are not looking their age.

However, The interior of the apartment, really will show its age. You have old appliances, high energy costs which really causes you not to "save" a lot of money.

However, One might ask, "What do you really expect from an apartment'" I mean, you KNOW you will have neighbors... you ASSUME they will be loud... and eventually you usually move on into a home.

I have been satisfied... however they did not "Succeed" my expectations. They were just- average.

I'd probably recommend this place for short leases, but some of the small items cause a BIG hassle if you sign a longer lease.

Dont think about pets here, I've read what they charge when you move out... and lemme just say What they charge when you move in isnt a couple of nickles.

Great for someone on the move, who wont be here 24-7, Horrible if you are needing a "cheap" place to stay for a year or more.

The previous entry was correct about the "No parking"-- i hope you have money for covered... The lay out of the apts are fairly nice, there are soemthing close to 25 bldgs here... and I think the were pretty full when i moved.

THe office staff, depending on who is there, usually are attentive. When I was younger, I did lease apartments and I know there is "only so much you can do." However, after reading some of the previous entries- Seems like they could have done a little more.

This is a big complex, They're trying... but I would like to remind everyone... Look at the DUMP they had to clean up. Amli really left this place in condition only to be destructed. I was pleased.
