I have to disagree with the comments about charging for pet stains on the carpet. I know for a fact that they change the carpet each time a resident moves out and they do not use it for five years. My dogs actually did leave little stains in the spare bedroom and I was never charged for it. Maintenance is a little slow. Excellent scenary, its on the top of a hill looking over a small river and is surrounded by trees. Watch out for the snakes though. The pool turns into a highschool hangout at night during the summer. The complex was very nice but a little pricy for such small apartments. However, the fireplace obviously hadn't been cleaned in years and vented smoke INTO the apartment instead of out. The maintenace people told us it was impossible to fix (ya right).

The apartments still suck and that could cause a fire( the smoke coming into your apt) my friends 500,000 dollar home burned to the ground bc the chimney had not been cleaned. See - you're living in an apt that cuold burn to the ground tonight! You'd be dumb to lease here
