We have lived here for almost a year. For such a short time, we have incurred more troubles than this overpriced apartment is worth. During the application process, the staff was generally nice and tried to be helpful. Though a remark about how embarrassing my credit was by one of the staff members should have been a red flag, we decided to move in anyhow. We had an understanding with the manager that there would be a gate guard posted at the first of the month. This is the main reason we moved in and made that very clear to the staff. We were assured we would get what we asked for. Here it is 8 months later, and no gate guard and the ?security? gates seldom ever close. When asked why they have failed to live up to their end of the agreement on the gate guard issue, the manager curtly told us they did not have enough money to hire one. Seems they are too busy spending it on pretty flowers and nice furniture for their offices instead of taking care of their tenants.
After you move in, the staff goes from being friendly to almost hateful. The manager acts like you are a disgusting rodent when you try to talk to her about a problem and the rest of the staff acts like they are too good to deal with you as well.
The apartment was nice with new paint and cheep carpet (I collect most of it in my vacuum) and the scenery is nice, too. But overall, we completely despise this place and are looking to break our lease to get away from these people. The fact that they come on this website and post fake comments really just parallels their attitude and the way they treat the property and tenants.
