I have to agree with the last few people, the new management stinks, all the good people have split the scene! There are no amenities and the few that we do have do not work or are always locked up! Brunch sucks now, no gates, notes on the door w/one day notice for whoever to parade through your residence! The complex is loud! No concern for quality what so ever and no intentions of changing it!

I am just getting home and the wonderful maintnance was in my home unannounced and even left a mess. I would never have rented this apt had I found this website before hand. I would encourage everyone relocating to arington to stay as far away from this place as you can.
