I lived there for only 3 months and broke my lease due to the fact that I had 2 ceiling leaks in 2 weeks of living there and they did a ------ repair. Looks as if they just patched over it. What's sad is that when I had called it in again they said that sometimes it's hard to find where it's coming from. Ummmm I think when there is a water spot about the size of 3 1/2 basketballs it's simple enough, maybe try panning true professionals!!! Yeah and I understand that the apartment complex is in the woods and there will be wildlife as in raccoons.....you still need to do your job and spray for spiders, ants, and beetles. Lots of strange beetles and bugs. I also saw a huge snake about 1 ft. long and it didn't look like a garden snake. I left a msg on that and no one contacted me. I had a resident harrass me one night and have a police record about it and they said they would evict him, they failed to do that. I saw him a month later still living there. They are nothing but liars, fail to respond and only care about money! I used to live there when it was ran by another managment and I would have to say they are exactly the same....probably just changed their name. LIARS!!!! Do not live there...I REPEAT.....do not live there people! The managment is terrible.
