Still live here so don't want to go into much detail. But, had a couple comments. I like my apartment. I have quiet neighbors. And, for the price, it's a value.

However, there are numerous problems. The office staff -- although easy on the eyes -- is pretty apathetic, which I don't see as a good trait for their profession.

The maintenance crew could DEFINITELY be better. They are all nice, but don't really seem to be that qualified.

Scorpions. I too saw a scorpion -- the first one I've ever seen in my life. It was about an inch long and it was outside by the sidewalk. No big deal, but just proving a point that, yes, there are scorpions.
On a tangent: I've seen bugs around this complex I never knew existed -- fortunately most have been outside my apartment. It is an entomologist's wet dream.

Raccoons, rabbits, armadillos, possums. Still waiting to see Bambi and Flower, but have seen just about everything else. That's cool though, because we built around their homes. Whatever.

Basically, this is not the apt. complex that I thought was so cool when I was back in college and used to visit co-workers here. ... then again probably not as expensive as back then either.
However, I think for the PRICE, it's very one of the better complexes in the North Arlington area. ...Just pray to God you don't have any sort of maintenance problems. Because the headache of that may make you forget you're getting a decent deal.
