I moved in about a year ago and my carpet was stained. I was promised a cleaning and it took 6 requests over about 2 moths before my carpet was actually cleaned. We have the first dishwasher ever made, so it is incredibly loud. Not to complain though because we have now adopted a pet racoon that hangs out on our balcony every night. He's actually very cute and it's funny to watch him climb all the way up to our 3rd floor balcony. I think some of the problems with the office were fixed once a certain --- man was fired in the office, overall the rent is good. I feel safe. We haven't moved because it a b!t** to move from the 3rd floor.
