I recently moved out of the complex after 2 years of occupancy. On my move out statement, they billed me for dirty carpet, incorrectly stated my deposit, and charged me two months of utilities. The carpet was dirty in traffic areas, but there were no stains or negligent damage. The assistant manager told that it was black on move out and could not be cleaned but they were doing me a favor by not charging me the full amount for replacement, even though the carpet was not new when I moved in. I moved out because the neighborhood was "going down hill" and I no longer felt safe. Also, I enjoyed how they watered the bare dirt in front of my building, although the landscaping is beautiful at the office. I had a water leak in my cieling for over a year, and after 4 or 5 service requests, they never fixed it. Good luck!
