Well, I have lived here for about a year and although it seems ok, you could probably do better.
Negatives-
1-If you live in any of the outer buildings, you'll be hard pressed to find parking. I pay extra for a garage and it is constantly being blocked by both other residents AND maintenance staff. The "Do Not Block Garages" signs mean nothing.
2-They are very poorly insulated. I can see daylight around the doors and the electric bills are very high.
3-The "security" gates are often broken, although like all gates, people just wait and follow someone else in. And the supposedly manned gates on weekends is false. I haven't seen them manned in the last couple of months.
4-Rent is pretty high for the size of the place
5-The pvc pipe that dumps water directly onto your patio is a huge pain!
6-being next to the woods, you have a ton of bugs (spiders, mosquitos,etc) more than I ever imagined

Positives-
1-Nicer area that feels fairly safe
2-If you take advantage of the ammenities, it might be worth it for you.
3-Relatively quiet
4-Great location
