Upon moving in, I thought the office staff was at first nice. My roommate and I were shown an apartment but told we would move into a different one as the one we were shown had a lot of issues. We signed the lease and lo and behold, we moved into the shoddy apartment. The pipe leaks onto our patio daily, an issue they had prior knowledge of yet claimed to fix it...but...it has stained and ruined everything on the patio. Bug people' Haha that's funny, we had a black widow make itself comfortable on our balcony then massively reproduce. Nice right' Well, the toilet in one of the bathrooms never flushed and maintenance did not come to repair it until three weeks after I called in an order. They did not even come when the other working toilet began to malfunction either. We had to stay with friends for three days because we had no sanitation. Our showers both broke while using them, the pantry door ripped off when it was opened gently, and that is just the start. I see strange people walking around in the dark and in the trees late at night, the gates never work, and where the hell is the courtsey officer again' A few days ago, I came home and our backdoor was standing wide open and my roommate had not been home all day and I had locked it the night before. Nothing was missing that I was aware of, but what in the hell' Parking is terrible, and my roommate is handicapped and we have to walk at least two blocks before we reach our appartment in the dark with a bunch of trees. The neighbors seem nice, but they are most definetely not quiet. We paid our rent on time yet received an eviction notice saying that we did not. The office manager assured us it was a mistake and everything was fine, but that did it. I am discusted with this place and the only recommendation I would make is to have the place bulldozed. Stay away!

well i think the parking is awesome, coming from another complex where they let peoples broken down cars sit in the best spots for months before they even ask the tennants to get rid of them. also a door does not just "magically" open on its own, if someone had opened it and gone in you would have noticed items missing. lol and im sure that pantry doors dont "rip off when opened gently". if your roomate is truly handicapped then he should have a sticker and be able to park in a designated spot. and how many handicapped people that you know can actually walk 2 blocks anyway? oh ya and one more thing...you moved into apartments that are nestled into a woodsy area, what the hell did you think would be living outside magic fairies that keep the spiders away? of course there are spiders...haha man up go get your pink fuzzy slippers and go squash the damn thing!

People coming from the hood probably will think this is paradise. Yes, I said it because it's true. Also, a lot of people share your problems. This place is going down real fast.
