Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years. Overall I would say that the apartment was ok. Don't be fooled by the gated community setting since the gate never works anyways. There is never a guard at the guard house either. They have pool and parking policies just to claim that they have policies since they never go enforced. My main complaint is the poor insulated construction of the apartments and super super high electric bills during the summer.
