I read the reviews here online before moving in a year ago and thought - well there are always those people that complain. In this case the complaints are 100% true. Management is awful. I submitted a referral 6 months ago and have yet to see the $200 payout. When I ask about it they say they will get right on it after I hear about 30 minutes of the manager complaining about how she is swamped and about her personal life. At first I was nice but I cannot believe any office can be this disorganized.
My apartment has had problems with the pipes 4 times and has had water damage in the apartment due to the apartment above me and the pipes in the wall. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from other neighbors. My car was vandalized as well as 2 others getting their windows broken just in the last month. Only 1 treadmill works in the fitness room, even after 1 year of asking the office to get this fixed. And the light outside is still broken after asking repeatitively to fix the light. Completely unsafe and could possibly be why so many cars are getting broken into in the area of the apartments I live in. I would never recommend this apartment complex. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
