It is shocking to have lived here for so many years to discover how negative our society has become and that we think we understand all of the circumstances in what it takes to manage when you are looking in from only the outside. Looking below, I can tell that some have had valid issues, but some are just on here to voice something to get it "out there" and someone in trouble without looking at their own responsibility in life. The fact that our society in general takes no responsibility for their own actions is evident in what I have read. I like living here and have for over 3 years now. I have seen a lot in that time frame and honestly the fact that there has been so little done on the property regarding care under this Management Company is frustrating. I met the recent Manager who started in the fall and she is a very kind, caring person who really listened to me during a few difficult situations I had with my apartment and really did everything she could to take care of them. I'm still waiting on one issue though and I was in her office when she contacted her boss about it in January. Sometimes, approval needs to come from above. A couple of the girls in the office are nice but don't know what they are doing and tell you what you want to hear just to appease you temprorily and then never follow through, two of them I can tell are very lazy.
The fact that the Fitness Center still has issues plus other stuff happened before she arrived indicates there is a problem up the ladder. I have seen this company managing the property, fire so many who I have met personally and who were professional and kind to me, that I have to really wonder if it is the Manager's fault. The property is older and has need of some repairs, obviously things don't stay new forever. In the last 2 years I have seen the landscape go completely down hill. This has to reflect on the Owner poorly. I just don't get why I have seen over 4 Manager's, 3 Maintenance Supervisors, 3 Assistant Manager's and such a plethora of leasing people in this office in about a year's time. From my background in the Business world, this in itself creates unseen issues in an office and reflects more so on the Management company. I will not be renewing my lease and will be moving onto a house. I just learned the newest Manager is no longer here, what a shame as the office was finally open more than it ever used to be, the phones answered and she actually took the time to sit down and talk with me, this is a revolving door for reasons I am sure that we the residents are unaware. May I suggest that some of you grow up and resolve your anger in a more useful manner, your childish rants on here show your lack of maturity or unrealistic expectations. To the recent post about a resident referral, I had a similar problem but it dated back to June before the most recent Manager was even there and she kindly took care of it for me, I had to be a bit patient as she didn t know at the time the companies procedure, but found out and I got my check in January. My friend who is a local Realtor, had the same experience with a previous invoice he sent back in July and she took care of it for him after he basically gave up on ever getting the money. Looking at just these two circumstances says that maybe there were many more like it which she handled. Unfortunately, Annonymous below may have been so desperate for the money and impatient. It took me over a year to clean up a company I joined and you just never know the long hours and months it can take. Clearly the revolving door doesn t help to accomplish this and says that this company is rather unprofessional. And by the way we all know the towing policy as we have stickers for our cars and there is Visitor Parking clearly, so where does the misunderstanding come from' If you can't read than maybe that is where the problem lies.
