I am a junior in college and have lived here for a year. Do not pay attention much to the reviews below. I barely have problems with this place. The neighbors are quiet, and friendly; the scenery is absolutley gorgeous; you can actually go hiking out in the woods, and I personally love to bring my dog while he runs around. Sure...there are things that should be updated, like the kitchens, but overall it's been a great place to live. My experience with the staff has been great. I remember one month, I was late on my rent and usually they charge hundreds of dollars, but I talked with them, apologized, and they were so kind. They took care of me and offered me a few days to pay it without a charge. I've enjoyed living here tremendously. Plus, the location is great. It's just enough out of the way so that you don't have to hear cars constantly passing by and you're out of traffic. They also gave me a discount because I'm on the third story, so that's a fantastic way to cut down rent costs. Sure it sucks moving in, but hey, get movers.

My advice to anybody who wants to live here is, don't expect the TOP of the world luxury and service because it's designed to be a neighborly, serene area. Don't give them grief and you won't receive grief back.

Pros: Great area, beautiful plant and tree life, low prices, quiet and friendly neighbors

Cons: Needs updating and here-and-there maintenance work
