My apartment is right in the wooded area. I have lots of trees around my building and I have a great view. My apartment is super cute too!

i agree, i have been here for a few months and i love it here, i think the only people that wouldnt like it here are the ones that dont do what they are supposed to do. i have had problems with some of my neighbors and how they choose to park or treat cars that are parked, but that is on the residents, not the apartments. they have been very responsive every time i have had a problem. i love it here and wont be moving until i buy my house next year.

Yeah I think there is only a few people who get on here and rant when realistically this is a nice place to live. I dont know why people get on here and talk about different races and all of that negative stuff. Its really sad that people choose to express negative things about people because of their race instead of talkin about the property itself. So sad. I love my place. I work out regularly in the gym and swim in the indoor pool alot. I know some places have gyms and stuff but people never use it. I actually do and have meet lots of nice people, regardless of the origin.

Yes I agree about the place it is nice but they way and who is managing it is horrible. In the last 3 years there have been 5 different property managers and countless different office staff. The racial things that go on here are not race based but the type of people no matter what race are in question.The quality of some of the people I see moving in here is very POOR and I am seeing alot of good people moving out. The bottom line is PISS POOR MANAGEMENT and a very bad management company holds this property from being maybe the best place to live in arlington.

the only good reviews posted on here are posted by the piss poor management because they can't get anyone to say anything nice about the place. the maint team is the only stability there and they catch a bad rap because of the crappy management and office staff. the management is so bad they can't keep good help, much less a nice place to live.
