This complex has great curb appeal, but don't let the looks be deceiving.

Issues:
1. Horrible office staff (terrific until after you sign the lease)
2. Slow and undependable maintenance
3. Maintenance enter apartment prior to appointment and without permission to enter
4. Entrance gates don't work
5. Security shack never manned
6. Overpriced rent
7. "Ammenenties" rarely work or are closed for maintenance
8. No deterrant implemented regarding numerous vehicle and apartment break-ins
9. Appliances and heating / cooling equipment outdated causing high elec bills

For such a large complex, the office staff is rather incompetent to performing even the easiest of tasks. I will not be renewing my lease, and advise anyone I can to stay away from this complex.
