When I moved in to the Verandahs the management was great they fixed problems the day of or the next day at the latest they answered the phones and they were so nice and tried to help with any problems they could. Now that they are gone and we got stuck with this awful management no answers the phones they don't fix anything and if try ever do get around to it it's only because you've pestered them for months and they are sick of hearing your name! Then when the problem is fixed it's only partial and then you either have to deal with it or complain for a few more months it's rediculas. My bathtub is peeling because they painted it why I don't know that I even want to know. They can't get the gate fixed so you have to hope that someone can follow someone in or go to the gate yourself even for deliveries they won't get off their butt to do anything but be rude! The apartments are over priced the management is rude and lazy and you have to let your visitors and delivery drivers in yourself I really don't know how they are bringing new people in if they even are because if it wasn't for my lease I would steady be gone!!! If you decide to move in here I feel for you I wish I hadn't.
