I have lived at Villa Del Mar for almost a year now. The management here is horrible. The only thing they care about is getting people to lease the apartments and not trying to make the tenants they already have here happy. I paid extra to move into an apartment that was completely redone only to find it thrown together. Over half of the amenities they have here haven't been fixed since I have moved in and are always saying, "They are trying to get to it". They have turned the water off several times for a full day without notifying anyone. They say they also have 24-hour maintenance service, which is not true, and it takes several days for them to fix any type of problem. I think it is overpriced and of poor construction.

I agree totally, it is way overpriced and I have on several occasions had no water because they were fixing problems, but recieved no notification of not having water.
